It is only intended as a simplified reference and does not replace the governing documents of the association, including Iowa's Horizontal Property Act, the Declaration, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors. These documents should be consulted for more specific information on any topic. Copies of these documents are available from the property manager and the Johnson County Recorder's Office
