About Us
Mormon Trek Village Condominiums consists of 230 condominium units, including townhouse, duplex, and apartment-style buildings, located on approximately 30 acres of land on the southwest side of Iowa City, Iowa. The community was built in multiple phases, beginning in 1996, and ending with the completion of the last building in 2005.
Individuals who own a condominium within the property hold title to their individual residence, as well as an undivided interest with all fellow owners in all common elements, including the land, streets, and physical structures. All owners are members of the Mormon Trek Village Condominiums Owners Association. The association meets annually to elect a Board of Directors, which is responsible for conducting the affairs of the association. The board employs a property management firm to assist in the day to day operations.
