Copies of the Resident Handbook are available on request.  Due to the length of the document it will not be posted on the website.  Please send an e-mail to colemankatie@gmail.com if you would like a copy of the handbook dropped off at your home or placed in the mail.

All new owners and renters should have received a copy of the handbook when completing your rental contract or purchase of your home.   New tentants and owners will receive one in their Welcome packet  starting in April of this year.
